Leadership Development

Effective leadership is crucial for driving positive change and achieving success in any organization. At the African Institute for Leadership and Good Governance (AILGG), we offer a range of leadership development programs designed to equip emerging leaders with the skills, knowledge, and competencies needed to lead effectively.

Advisory Council

As part of the development of AILGG and the promotion of Good Governance, we draw together an advisory group to support the directors. We bring together this group every six months, with the aim of ensuring that the development of AILGG follows the benchmark of best governance practice and to provide strategic advice on how the organization is developed.
