The Institute is headed by a President who is an eminent leader and managed by its Directors and the secretariat headed by a Director General who is a seasoned Administrator with support from an Advisory council made up of eminent leaders, academicians and professionals. It works with a selected group of Fellows and technical committees. Everyone with an interest in leadership and Governance is welcome to join the institute’s Community of Practice.
