Council of Advisors

As part of the development of AILGG and the promotion of Good Governance, we draw together an advisory group to support the directors. We bring together this group every six months, with the aim of ensuring that the development of AILGG follows the benchmark of best governance practice and to provide strategic advice on how the organization is developed. The policy advisory group is also a network between individuals from different sectors and professional backgrounds with an interest in good governance.

Policy Advisory Group

As part of our commitment to excellence and good governance, the African Institute for Leadership and Good Governance (AILGG) convenes a Policy Advisory Group to provide strategic guidance and support to our Directors.

Objectives:

  1. Ensure AILGG’s development aligns with best governance practices.
  2. Provide expert advice on organizational growth and strategy.
  3. Foster a network of professionals from diverse sectors and backgrounds, united by a passion for good governance.

Meetings and Engagement

The Policy Advisory Group meets bi-annually to:

  • Review AILGG’s progress and provide feedback.
