Associate Grade (A.AILGG)
To join AILGG at Associate grade (A.AILGG) one must hold a degree, Higher National Diploma, Advanced Diploma or equivalents in any discipline with a minimum of 3years post qualification experience or Hold a Diploma with up to 10 years post qualification experience and significant leadership exposure.

- A degree, Higher National Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or equivalents in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Alternatively, a Diploma with up to 10 years of post-qualification experience and significant leadership exposure

The African Institute for Leadership and Governance (AILGG) requires Associate members to have:
- Relevant academic qualifications (degree, HND, AD, or equivalents)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience (bachelor’s degree) or
- Up to 10 years of experience with significant leadership exposure (Diploma holders)

- Join AILGG as an Associate Member if you have:

- Or, a Diploma with 10+ years of experience and leadership exposure
